To start with I offer a free 15-30-minute phone call, to get to know each other and define the objectives. In most cases 2-5 sessions afterwards are sufficient. The first session generally lasts for 2 to 3 hours. All subsequent sessions then take 1 to 1.5 hours. Skype would be a possible alternative.
For entrepreneurs and managers the fee is agreed once the goals have been defined. Part of the fee goes to my foundation in the form of a donation.
It is important for me that clients are actively involved between the individual sessions.
